Seton Hall University and the Blackboard Academic Suite
The Blackboard Academic Suite has been a critical part of Seton Hall University’s (SHU) learning environment since 2001. Blackboard permeates the SHU campus, both by creating an interactive classroom experience and by building vibrant community connections. Blackboard helps Kingston University solve challenges associated with attracting/retaining non-traditional students. Statistical data collected, analyzed and reported by Kingston University demonstrate significant value and return on investment using Blackboard. Roosevelt University and the Blackboard Learning System When Roosevelt University received a two-year grant to create RUOnline, a fully online distance education program, they chose the Blackboard Learning System as its key enabling technology. RUOnline became profitable within two years and its financial success has continued to grow. Durham University and the Blackboard Community System Durham University utilizes the Blackboard Community System to create distinct online communities for its 16 colleges and to bridge the distance between its two campuses. Seneca College and the Blackboard Content System Seneca College uses the Blackboard Content System to effectively manage course materials and institutional learning content. |
