On 28th, February, 2006, Blackboard and WebCT combined successfully. The new company’s clients reached more than 3,700 worldwide and more than 12,000,000 teachers and students in different educational institution around the world.

In Cerbibo, our customer managers and technicians have the most gentle sound and expression, and the trainers are the most thoughtful people because they have the “closest” relationships with customers. Wu Wei gave us the following example: In the cooperation with Shanghai Minxing Second Middle School, Cerbibo developed the function of Short Message on the base of current service because Cerbibo found that the school is in a developed area and mobile phone is the common tool in communication. Parents could know the condition of their children’s learning by sending a short massage.

Digging , focusing on users’ needs, and supplying all kinds of consulting service, which used to be the experience of the USA Blackboard, is now the future direction of Cerbibo and also the development demand of Chinese educational institutions themselves. In the reform process, the Chinese educational institutions are faced with all kinds of problems such as the expansion of students at colleges, shortages of teaching resources, and the creation of new professional and other policy adjustments.
